Iterating a Brand

AgLocal

The power of emerging "flat" design trends are the speed with which companies can adapt to changing needs. We worked with AgLocal not to create a consumer facing website, but to update their brand and interpret it into a design system that will grow with their business. AgLocal is now able to focus on what matters most to their customers. Sourcing natural meat. (hold the methylchloroisothiazolinone)

Embedded Design

Collaborative design means a lot to Waybury. The line has blurred between technology and design. Design no longer only implies sketching on Post-its or fussing in Photoshop. It is now seen as a broader approach to experience, product performance and consumer perception. To best support AgLocal, we worked on site with their team throughout the development phase of the project. By building together, we improved efficiency in both engineering and design processes. Those efficiencies freed up time to iterate, and collaborate towards a better product.

Language as User Interface

A minimalist aesthetic makes language essential to successful designs. How you speak to your audience matters, and the best user interface design encourages action through language. It's easy to forget that a real person is reading your copy writing, but by speaking directly to your customer you foster a lasting connection with your brand.

New Mediums, Same Tone

After completing the marketing website, AgLocal asked us to support a sample marketing program, and their Series A round pitch deck. The purpose and focus of the website, sales program, and pitch deck were understandably different, but the language, tone and aesthetic remained the same. By focusing beyond basic execution of the marketing site, we were able to create a toolset that would continue to support them well into the future in ways well beyond their online product.
